Traffic Court in City of Montgomery Municipal Court

The City of Montgomery Municipal Court is located at 101 Old Plantersville Rd, Montgomery, TX 77316. It is off Eva Street/105. It is a white building with green trim. It says “City of Montgomery” on the front, along with a star and “1837.” There is an adjacent parking lot, and the building is accessible. The court shares a building with other city services including the Montgomery Police.

There is a home goods store across the street from the city office building. City offices are just west of Cedar Brake Park. It is north of the New Montgomery Cemetery.

Judge Robert Rosenquist

Robert Rosenquist is the judge of the City of Montgomery Municipal Court. He was born in Houston, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, studying psychology, and then earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Judge Rosenquist also serves as the presiding judge of the City of Magnolia Municipal Court.

Kimberly Duckett is the Court Administration. The Deputy Court Clerk is Christy Reed. Trent Lozano is the warrant officer. The court states its goal of efficiently administering matters that come before the court with public confidence and fairness.

There are two locations for the Montgomery County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1. There is a location in Montgomery, Texas and a location in Willis, Texas.

The Montgomery location is located on Hwy 105 near Freeport Drive. 

The Willis location is in a brown building with a green roof. It says Montgomery County Justice Court Annex on the side in green letters. There is a parking lot adjacent to the building.
