Judge Kelly Crow hears cases in Fort Bend County Justice of the Peace – Precinct 1, Place 1. She hears a variety of cases including traffic tickets, small claims and evictions. She has 20 years of legal experience as a prosecutor and a 10-year history as a presiding judge. She is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and Texas A&M University.
