Who is the Judge of the City of Freeport Municipal Court?

There are two judges of the City of Freeport Municipal Court.

Judge Sagness Girouard, III has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1977. They attended the South Texas College of Law. They are also president and owner of Girouard Law Firm, PC in Freeport. The law firm practices in a variety of areas including family, personal injury and business matters.

Judge Milan Miller presides over the Freeport Municipal Court after having retired as a County Justice of the Peace. He served more than 20 years in the role before accepting the position as judge of the Freeport Municipal Court.
