Elected in 2010, Harris County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 5, Place 2 Judge Jeff Williams is a graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Before his election, he worked in private practice handling civil matters. In addition, he was an active member of the Texas State Guard for five years, commissioned as a Captain and a JAG officer headquartered in Camp Mabry. Judge Williams presides over the busy Justice of the Peace Court for Precinct 5, Place 2, accepting 6,500 cases monthly.

Harris County Justice of the Peace for Precinct 5, Place 2 is located at 16715 Clay Road, Suite 4 on the northwest side of Houston. It is located off Texas State Highway 6. People can access the court by taking Highway 6 to Clay Road.

Precinct 5, Place 2 is located near the Katherine Tyra Branch Library and the Thomas A. Glazier Senior Education Center. There are restaurants, businesses and residential areas nearby. There are parking spaces at the courthouse.

If you have business with the court, you may make filings in person at the courthouse, online or by U.S. mail. Court appearances may take place via Zoom, but make sure that you understand instructions for remote appearances in advance of your hearing. If appearing remotely, complete any court filings four business days before the hearing.
