Lawyers for Fighting Traffic Tickets in City of Conroe Municipal Court

If you are facing a traffic ticket in Conroe Municipal Court, you have several options available to you. There are a few ways that you can address the ticket, and you may not need a trial to reach a favorable result. First, you have the right to a trial on the merits of the case. The prosecutor must prove the charges against you, and there’s something to be said for having your day in court. Our lawyers can help you prepare and present your case. We can also evaluate the case for any constitutional violations and ways we may motion the court to have the charges dismissed before trial.

There are other things you can do. The case may qualify for a driving safety course. If you qualify, completion may result in keeping the ticket off your record. Similarly, a deferred disposition allows you to complete a term of probation in exchange for keeping the conviction off your record. Our lawyers may also help you negotiate a favorable plea bargain to charges that are not as serious.

Let our lawyers evaluate the situation to help you determine the best way to fight your traffic ticket in Conroe Municipal Court. Whatever you choose, we are experienced defense attorneys, and we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve real results. Contact Kubosh Law today to talk about your case.
