Is there a police report for my traffic ticket?
Usually, the police don’t write detailed reports for traffic tickets. The ticket itself suffices as the charging document. If the charges are more serious, like a drunk driving charge, the police probably created a police report.
If there is one, it’s important to get a copy of the police report as you begin your investigation and defense. Our attorneys handle discovery as part of our representation in your case.
