What to do in Magnolia

A traffic ticket is a citation or complaint that accuses you of violating the law. You must appear in person or by mail by the deadline stated on the ticket. The ticket should have the court information on it. You have several options to respond to the ticket.

You may plead not guilty and request a trial. You have the right to a trial. We can help you exercise your rights by presenting your case in court on your behalf.

In addition, you may qualify for a driving safety course or a deferred disposition. These options may keep a conviction off your record. What’s right for you depends on your personal situation and the facts of the case. As experienced traffic defense lawyers, we know what things to look for and the questions to ask when we help you evaluate how to respond to your traffic ticket.
