Fighting a Traffic Ticket in the City of Richmond in Fort Bend

If you receive a traffic ticket in the City of Richmond in Fort Bend, you have several options. You can go to trial on the charges. Our lawyers can represent you in fighting the ticket aggressively throughout the court proceedings. If you are found not guilty, the ticket is dismissed, and you do not have a conviction.

There are other alternatives that may result in reduced consequences without the risk of a trial. A deferred disposition may result in dismissal of the case following a period of time with conditions.

Another option may be a driver safety course to have the ticket dismissed and hidden from your permanent record. Our lawyers can help you evaluate if your charges are eligible. You may also negotiate with the prosecutor to accept lesser charges. We can help you determine the best path to pursue and what you need to receive a favorable disposition of your case.
